Comments on accessible facilities:

It is a long and complicated journey for wheelchair users to travel from Exit C of the MTR Lam Tin Station to the Deaf Cafeteria. First, they have to take the Kwun Tong By-Pass and move in the direction of Kwun Tong Magistrates’ Courts, then turn into Cha Kwo Ling Road and Yau Hong Road, and take a lift in Laguna City for the L3 footbridge. After crossing the footbridge, go leftwards and turn into Rehab Path and you can see the Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation Lam Tin Complex. Deaf Cafeteria is small in area with few tables and chairs but the aisle are wide enough for wheelchairs. Besides, a disabled washroom is located near the café.
