Comments on accessible facilities:
It is quite a complicated journey from the Kowloon Bay Station to the Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao. The first step is to take the passenger lift at Exit C of the Kowloon Bay Station for the ground floor of Telford Plaza 1, and then take the cargo lift behind the fire resisting door to Level 1 for Telford Plaza 2. As there are steps at Telford Plaza 2’s main entrance, wheelchair users have to detour and go to Telford Plaza 2 by using the lift next to the MTR Headquarters Building. Although the lift can go to the 5th floor directly, the stairlift has to be used as there is a staircase. Wheelchair users are suggested to take a lift to the 3rd floor lobby and then take the Plaza’s panoramic lift to the 5th floor. The restaurant is quite small with mostly fixed seats, but the disabled washroom is conveniently located next to it.

5th floor of Telford Plaza 2
Telford Plaza 2
Telford Plaza 2 mainly accommodates furniture shops, cinemas and eateries, the large department store Piago occupies the 4th and 5th floors. Passages inside the Plaza are wide in general with lifts to all levels, but it is quite complicated for wheelchair users to go from Plaza 1 to Plaza 2. It is because they have to pass through a transport interchanges before taking the lift, and its location is not easy to find. Wheelchair users are advised to ask the attendants for assistance.
