Wheelchairs users may go to the ground floor of Plaza 1 first by using the passenger lift at Exit C of the MTR Kowloon Bay Station, and then take the Plaza’s cargo lift behind the fire resisting door. The restaurant’s aisles are wide enough for wheelchairs. A disabled washroom is provided in the Plaza behind the fire resisting door.

Telford Plaza was built in the 1980s. Plaza 1 mainly accommodates boutiques and electric appliance shops. Marks & Spencer is also one of the tenants in Plaza 1. The passages of the mall are very wide in general, passenger lifts are also provided. But wheelchair users should note that all lifts and washrooms in Plaza 1 are situated behind fire resisting doors with narrow passages leading to them.
