Comments on accessible facilities:
No passenger lift is provided to connect with the Times Square at Exit A of the MTR Causeway Bay Station. Wheelchair users are suggested to use the lift at Exit D and go to Times Square via East Point Road (at the rear of Sogo Hong Kong). Wheelchair users may consider taking the bus to get to Times Square directly. The Times Square provides barrier-free access at Sharp Street, but no passenger lift serving Basement 2. A cargo lift is available but it has to be unlocked by staff. Advanced booking is advised because most seats of the busy Lei Bistro are fixed.
